Food Crisis

The food crisis is the biggest crisis of the 21st Century. It will drive up food prices and spreading hunger and poverty. Soaring food prices will create inflation and creating more crises in the world. This is not only can affect the developing countries but also developed countries. According to the UN World Food Programme (WFP), are over 73 million people in 78 countries who rely on food aid facing reduced rations this year.

High prices have led to protests of food around the world such as Mexico, India, Senegal, in London, Mauritania and other parts of Africa. India, Mexico, Haiti, the Philippines, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Yemen have seen food riots this year in protest against the food crisis. The most seriously affected by this crisis likely to African countries, where many of the poorest countries in the world are here. The lack of food, the primary needs of people could die cause riots, suicide and millions of people.

Almost every region in the world, inflation is caused by food dramatically this year. The retail prices are up 18% in China, Sri Lanka, 17% and 10% or more in Latin America and Russia.

The Facts on Overpopulation

We were warned several years ago for not more than two children because that would feed the global problems of overpopulation. Since we had five more we follow that advice, of course not. The warning is now stronger than ever.

Decades ago, Paul said Ehrilich: “It is too late to kill famine, millions, perhaps in 1975 to prevent.” Another false prophet said: “I categorically declare that the world is not hungry be able to able to eat in ten years.” This was declared in 1967. Yes, the evidence for global overpopulation and the destruction of the earth has disappeared.

While the world population is growing steadily. In the U.S. the rate is now a new person every 16 seconds. We have more than 3.5 billion people worldwide in 1950. However, this does not mean that it is overcrowded. To prove how long you need to go from your current position to be in wide open spaces? For us it would take five minutes.
